Hi. My name is Carmen Pedraza, PhD. Student at University of Puerto Rico. I would like to know if MsBayes is capable to deal with genome-wide data.
In addition, I would love to use MsBayes in a couple of publications as I work with comparative phylogeography.. so I would like to ask you if you have a tutorial with examples that I could follow. I try to follow the ones online but some of the files are damaged and cannot be downloaded.

Hi Carmen, msBayes is not really built for genome-wide data but we are working on something similar that will be. Can you point to which files are damaged or can’t be downloaded?
